As a Notary Public, I perform notarization, or notarial acts, to deter fraud and establish that the signer understands the document and is signing by free will.

As a Notary Signing Agent, I present closing documents to the signer in conformance with signing guidelines authorized by the contracting company, I name and state the general purpose of the documents. Although I cannot provide advice or counsel regarding the content of documents, I will accurately guide signers through the signing process.
