Life Class Group Session

 

Group Coaching is done with several people in a small group. However the coaching benefits are equal to private coaching-except there is less one-on-one attention with your coach.

 

Group Coaching are different than seminars- We have so much to say and everyone need a the time to share. In a two-hour session I offer space for 8

 

I will bring some issues to the group that are universal, but what we talk about depends on the group

 

We'll do follow-up on request made at the previous session and then move into topics that are important to this session.

 

Our way of moving forward and to provide accountablity-you get to make the decision whether to commit to a request or assignment or not.

 

Enrichment:

- This session offers helpful analyzing techniques in group discussions.

- Discussing ideas in a group is one of the best ways to gain understanding.

- Small group setting are excellent to share and learn concepts to resolve specific issues and to gain insight.

- During the group discussions members will be free to talk to each other about the topic of the discussion.

-Not only is it a powerful tool but it is a tool that has a low cost.

We will be preparing some of my favorite winter recipes, including breakfast, stews, snacks, deserts and drinks.
