Self-Assessment can be self-driven, meaning it is done without the aid of a professional.
Either way you will have to be honest to learn about that person that faces you in the mirror; and it is helpful to have someone to assist you on this journey.
Key Elements:
1. Define the purpose of the Self-Assessment
2. Be honest with yourself:
-Define your skills, values and personal characteristics
3. Look in the mirror-your personality is based on your experiences
4. Use Journal Notes. Write down your emotions, actions, thoughts and lessons learned.
-Journals are about thoughts and reflections and not daily events.
5. Evaluate the content on your own or with a coach (in some cases in a team session)
"Procrastination"
This is one of the things that Discipline Training is about-
Discipline is a course of "ACTION" leading to a greater goal.
This Self Discipline Assessment is a powerful tool that will motivate you to set goals and walk them out.
